Rolo Pretzel Turtles

Rolo Pretzel Turtles are the perfect mix of salty and sweet, made with crunchy pretzels, gooey caramel-filled Rolos, and a pecan on top. These bite-sized treats come together in minutes and are ideal for holiday parties, cookie trays, or edible gifts.

Ingredients

  • 12 small pretzels
  • 12 Rolo candies unwrapped
  • 12 pecan halves

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange pretzels on the baking sheet. Top each pretzel with a Rolo. bake for 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven, and immediately press a pecan half into each softened Rolo.
  • Allow to set for 30 minutes, or pop in the refrigerator for a quicker set.

Notes

Store Rolo Pretzel Turtles in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. They also freeze well in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. Just thaw at room temperature before serving.
